Return Policy

You may return an item purchased from www.magiclamp.ca to the address below. We accept returns as long as the following conditions are met:

  1. Contact us by phone or e-mail before returning any product.
  2. Refunds and exchanges are given within 14 days of original order shipment reception date.
  3. All refunds require that the item be returned in the original packaging, with all pieces and in original condition.
  4. Refunds will be applied to your PayPal account, Credit Card or Check, according to the payment method that was used to purchase the item.
  5. If a product was purchased from one of our wholesalers please contact them directly.
