Shipping
All Magic Lamps are carefully packed in a double carton, and shipped using Fedex ground or Canada Post.
Shipping Insurance and a tracking number will be provided with each order.
Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive.
If by chance you receive a damaged product, please advise us within 3 days of your receipt (we will not accept the claim after 3 days).
- If necessary we will ask you to send a photo of the damaged product.
- If the lamp has minor damage, we will provide technical advice and/or a repair kit.
- If your Magic Lamp is beyond repair we will replace the lamp or refund your money.
